Qualifications

• Knowledge of TxDOT Construction Project Administration Manual.

Responsibilities

• Manage and lead Construction Engineering and Inspection teams in South and West Texas.
• Provide mentorship to project administrators and inspectors.
• Manage budgets, personnel, and client interactions for CEI projects.
