Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience managing projects for DOT and/or municipal projects, preferably in Texas.
• Ability to assist in evaluation of contractor claims.
• Thorough knowledge of construction materials, methods, and equipment.

Responsibilities

• Manage, grow, and lead the CEI Teams in South and West Texas.
• Provide technical guidance, mentorship, and project management oversight.
• Manage budgets, personnel, schedules, and client interaction.

Skills

Leadership in project management

Texas Professional Engineer License

Roadway design experience

Knowledge of Texas Testing Methods

Ability to lead complex transportation projects

Education

Bachelor's degree in civil engineering or ABET accredited equivalent
