AMERI-CANS is seeking an experienced HR Coordinator to support Texas operations in a full‑time on‑site role focused on recruitment and talent acquisition. You will manage the full cycle from posting to onboarding and maintain accurate HR records.

The ideal candidate has hands‑on HR experience, strong recruiting knowledge, and the ability to balance multiple priorities while collaborating with employees, managers, and leadership. This is a Texas on‑site role.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of professional HR experience.
• Strong knowledge of recruitment and talent acquisition processes.
• Experience sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.
• Working knowledge of HR practices, policies, and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage the recruitment process from posting to onboarding.
• Develop and maintain candidate pipelines for staffing needs.
• Source candidates via job boards, networks, social media, and referrals.
• Review applications and conduct initial screenings.
• Coordinate interviews and assist with hiring decisions.
• Prepare offers and coordinate new-hire onboarding.
• Maintain recruiting records and track metrics.
• Assist with HR questions and routine admin tasks.
