Constitution General Agency, a Houston-based MGA, seeks a Sales Leader to own vendor, agency, and regulatory-facing responsibilities central to carrier relationships and independent agency support.

The role coordinates rate filings and regulatory items with TDI, manages vendor partnerships like Verisk and LexisNexis, and leads onboarding for new independent agencies while ensuring ongoing compliance and timely filings.

Qualifications

• Texas insurance experience preferred, ideally in nonstandard personal auto or MGA operations.
• Strong relationship management skills with vendors and independent agencies.
• Familiarity with TDI filings and regulatory processes a plus.
• Organized, self-directed, and comfortable owning recurring deadlines.
• Texas P&C license (or willingness to obtain).
• Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Police Reports (CRIS) management and processing to support claims and underwriting.
• Coordinate rate filing activity and prepare rate filing materials as needed.
• Track regulatory items with TDI and monitor go-live timelines for filings.
• Manage vendor relationships and onboarding of independent agencies.
• Oversee mailing box logistics and related correspondence workflows.
• Ensure EOS COMs are uploaded to OSIS monthly.
