Job summary

Constitution General Agency, a Houston-based MGA, seeks a Sales Leader to own vendor, agency, and regulatory-facing responsibilities. You will coordinate police reports, oversee rate filing activity, and manage key vendor partnerships to keep markets running smoothly and agency partners well supported.

The role requires Texas insurance experience, strong relationship skills, and the ability to manage deadlines. A Texas P&C license is preferred or obtainable in time.

Qualifications

• Texas insurance experience preferred, ideally nonstandard auto or MGA operations.
• Strong relationship management with vendors and independent agencies.
• Familiarity with Texas Department of Insurance filings and regulatory processes a plus.
• Organized, self-directed, and comfortable owning recurring deadlines.
• Texas P&C license (or willingness to obtain).

Responsibilities

• Coordinate police reports (CRIS) in support of claims and underwriting operations.
• Oversee rate filing activity and regulatory materials for Redpoint and Texas changes.
• Manage vendor relationships with Verisk, EOS, LexisNexis, Yellowdog, Redpoint, and others.
• Lead onboarding and ongoing compliance for independent agency partners.
• Monitor vendor renewals and track CMGA fees for adjustments.
• Ensure monthly upload of EOS COMs to OSIS.
