Job summary

Constitution General Agency, a Houston-based managing general agency specializing in Texas nonstandard personal auto insurance, is seeking a Sales Leader to own key vendor, agency, and regulatory-facing responsibilities.

This role sits at the center of our carrier and independent agency relationships, coordinating police reports via CRIS, rate filings with the TDI, and vendor onboarding while ensuring compliance and timely renewals. Fluency in English and Spanish is preferred but not required.

Qualifications

• Texas insurance experience preferred, ideally in nonstandard auto or MGA operations.
• Strong relationship management with vendors and independent agencies.
• Familiarity with TDI filings and regulatory processes is a plus.
• Organized, self-directed, and capable of owning recurring deadlines.
• Texas P&C license (or willingness to obtain) required or preferred.

Responsibilities

• Police reports ordering, tracking, and processing via CRIS in support of claims and underwriting.
• Coordinate rate filing activity and monitor TDI filings and go-live timelines.
• Manage vendor relationships with Verisk, EOS, LexisNexis, Yellowdog, Redpoint, CCC, and others.
• Lead onboarding and ongoing oversight of independent agency partners.
• Oversee mailing box logistics and related workflows.
• Ensure EOS COMs are uploaded to OSIS monthly.
