Job summary

Constitution General Agency, a Houston-based MGA specializing in Texas nonstandard auto insurance, seeks a Sales Leader to own vendor and agency relationships and oversee regulatory interactions. This role is central to keeping markets running smoothly and ensuring partner support.

You will manage police reports, rate filings, vendor partnerships, independent agency onboarding, and compliance workflows, while coordinating with TDI and various carriers to maintain timely filings and renewals.

Qualifications

• Experience managing vendor relationships and agency onboarding.
• Familiarity with Texas insurance regulations and rate filings.
• Ability to coordinate multiple moving parts to meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Police Reports (CRIS): manage ordering, tracking, and processing.
• Rate Filings: coordinate activity and prepare materials for Redpoint.
• Vendor Relationships: primary contact for key partners and renewals.
• Independent Agency Relationships: onboarding and ongoing compliance.
• Mailing Boxes: manage logistics and related workflows.
• EOS COM's: ensure monthly uploads to OSIS.
