Job summary

NorthWest Arkansas Community College (NWACC) is seeking an Assistant Director of Testing Services to oversee all community testing operations, including exam coordination, proctoring services, certification examinations, and placement assessments.

The role involves managing testing software and systems, supporting staff training, maintaining schedules and databases, and delivering high-quality customer service to students and the public.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution.
• At least 3 years of experience in a specialized or related field.
• Preferred: at least one year of experience at an academic testing center.
• Preferred: at least two years of customer service experience.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and schedule examinations and testing services.
• Oversee administration of community testing, including paper-based and computer-delivered exams.
• Manage testing software and systems to ensure efficient operations.
• Support the administration of placement assessments and classroom testing services.
• Train staff and develop training materials; maintain related resources.
• Maintain databases, schedules, and software systems; oversee testing transactions and records.
