Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Applies guidelines and procedures for student eligibility of assessment testing.
• Monitors and tracks attendance hours and gains for ABE, ASE, ESL, and Burlington English students.
• Notifies students of eligibility and schedules initial placement and post-testing.
• Generates and maintains attendance documents using Google Docs and Microsoft Teams for testing rosters.
• Works with Program Performance and Accountability to resolve errors with scores entered into Colleague.
• Serves as a lead Test Administrator for the center and maintains certifications for remote and in-person assessments.
• Supervises test administrators during evening shifts and addresses student concerns.
