Job Description Summary
The purpose of this position is to:
Administer and Proctor exams:( TSI Assessment, GED , CLEP , HESI , Instructional and Correspondence exams.)
Greet students in office and assist them with information and test registration.
Answer phones and provide testing information by email/mail.
Fax/mail/email score requests.
Receive exam payments and balance money at the end of each shift.
Minimum Qualifications
High School Diploma or GED .
Required Job Knowledge, Skills, Abilities
Awareness of test security and confidentiality.
Organizational and planning skills.
Proficient with computers, fax and copier.
Ability to work with faculty and staff.
Ability to answer questions and provide services to students, faculty and community members.
Ability to stand and walk for long periods of time.
Ability to work occasional evenings and Saturdays.
Preferred Qualifications
Associate’s degree.
Community college experience.
Bilingual.
