Job summary

IDEA Public Schools is seeking a Testing Coordinator to ensure 100% of students take required tests in an environment conducive to standardized testing. You will collaborate with campus partners to implement accommodations and support families, while contributing to a data-driven school culture.

The role emphasizes organization, multitasking, and proactive communication to manage testing operations across the campus and reach district timelines.

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma; 48+ College Credit hours preferred.
• Experience: Educational experience preferred, testing experience valued; Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PPT, etc.) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Ensure 100% of students have high quality testing environments for district, state, and national tests.
• Attend 100% of scheduled trainings with the national Assessment Team.
• Create and communicate the campus testing plan for each assessment administration to stakeholders.
