IDEA Public Schools is seeking a Testing Coordinator to support teachers and leaders in making data-driven decisions. The TC ensures students take all eligible tests with approved accommodations and works with campus partners to maintain testing environments that enable focus on teaching and family engagement.

The role emphasizes collaboration with the National Assessment Team and requires strong organizational and communication skills, with compensation described as an hourly rate.

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma; 48+ college credits preferred.
• Experience: Testing coordination or educational setting valued; MS Office proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Ensure 100% of students have appropriate tests in a standardized environment.
• Coordinate with campus IT to ensure computers are ready for online testing.
• Attend trainings with the national Assessment Team and communicate testing plans to staff.
• Prepare testing materials and accommodations in a timely, compliant manner.
