Job summary

IDEA Public Schools is seeking a Testing Coordinator to ensure 100% of students take all required tests in a standardized environment, with approved accommodations and data-driven decision making.

You will collaborate with campus partners, lead trainings, coordinate IT readiness, and manage testing calendars to support teachers, leaders, and families. This role emphasizes accuracy, compliance, and timely communication to maximize student outcomes.

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma; 48+ College Credit hours preferred.
• Experience: Testing experience valued; educational experience preferred; proficiency in Microsoft Office preferred.

Responsibilities

• Ensure 100% of students have high quality testing environments for assessments.
• Attend all trainings with the national Assessment Team.
• Communicate testing schedules to families and staff.
• Coordinate with campus IT to prepare online testing equipment.
• Audit accommodation materials with SPED, ELL, 504, RTI personnel.
• Lead campus testing training for staff.
• Oversee testing sessions to ensure staff maintain policy compliance.
• Set up and monitor online testing systems and accommodations.
