Job summary

IDEA Public Schools is seeking a Testing Coordinator to support data-driven decisions by ensuring 100% of students take all qualifying tests in a conducive environment.

You will work with campus partners to ensure tests are administered with approved accommodations, enabling leaders to focus on student social-emotional support and family engagement. This role emphasizes collaboration and attention to testing details.

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma; 48+ College Credit hours preferred.
• Experience: Educational experience preferred, testing experience valued.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PPT, etc.) preferred

Responsibilities

• Ensure 100% of students have access to appropriate testing environments for district/state/national assessments.
• Attend trainings with the national Assessment Team.
• Own learning by participating in the TC TEAMS group and reviewing materials after trainings.
• Create and communicate campus testing plans for district/state/national assessments.
• Coordinate testing schedules and accommodations with staff and families.
• Prepare testing materials and coordinate with campus IT to ensure readiness before test day.
• Audit accommodations and materials with SPED/ELL/504 teams as needed.
• Lead testing training for staff and coordinate with special population contacts.
