Job summary

IDEA Public Schools seeks a Testing Coordinator to ensure 100% of students take tests in appropriate environments with approved accommodations. You will work with campus partners to support data-driven decisions and to minimize testing disruptions.

The role emphasizes trainings, IT coordination, and preparation of testing materials to support teachers, students, and families while contributing to IDEA's mission.

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma; 48+ College Credit hours preferred.
• Experience: Educational experience preferred; testing experience valued.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PPT) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Ensure 100% of students have high-quality testing environments for district, state, and national tests.
• Attend 100% of scheduled trainings with the national Assessment Team.
• Own learning by participating in the TC TEAMS group and trainings; review materials.
• Create and communicate the campus testing plan to staff within timelines.
• Coordinate testing schedules and updates with students' families.
• Prepare testing bins 72 hours in advance and verify contents.
• Audit accommodation materials with SPED/ELL/504/RTI prior to testing.
• Lead campus testing trainings to staff on policies and procedures.
