Job summary

IDEA Public Schools in Pharr, TX seeks a Testing Coordinator to ensure all students take required tests with approved accommodations in a standardized environment. You will partner with campus leaders to support data-driven decisions and continuous improvement in testing practices.

You'll manage testing schedules, coordinate IT readiness, and train staff on testing processes and timelines, contributing to campus and district accountability and student success.

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma; 48+ College Credit hours preferred.
• Experience: Educational experience preferred, but testing experience valued; Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PPT, etc.) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Create and implement campus testing plans for all assessments.
• Coordinate testing schedules and communicate updates to families.
• Ensure computers are ready for online testing with IT.
• Audit accommodations with SPED/ELL/504 RTI before tests.
• Handle state assessment materials following district guidelines.
• Lead campus testing trainings and biweekly meetings.
• Monitor testing systems and ensure 100% of students are tested.
