Job summary

IDEA Public Schools seeks a Testing Coordinator to help ensure 100% of students perform to their best in a proper testing environment. The role supports teachers and leaders in data-driven decisions across IDEA campuses, with emphasis on providing appropriate tests, accommodations, and testing conditions to drive college-bound outcomes.

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Experience: Educational testing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Ensure 100% of students have high quality testing environments for district, state, and national assessments.
• Attend 100% of scheduled trainings with the national Assessment Team.
• Own learning by participating in the TC TEAMS group and trainings; review materials and newsletters.
• Create and communicate the campus testing plan for all district/state/national assessments.
• Communicate testing schedules to students' families and stakeholders.
• Coordinate with campus IT to ensure computers are ready for online testing.
• Ensure access to the appropriate online testing system for students and coordinators.
• Prepare testing bins 72 hours before testing; gather materials with program leads.
• Audit accommodations and materials with SPED/ELL/504 RTI teams before testing.
• Manage state assessment materials following district guidelines; check in/out with Assessment Team.
• Ensure 100% of deliverables to the national Assessment Team are met on time.
• Lead campus testing training and schedule accommodation updates with point persons.
• Maintain 95% completion rates of assessments by the stated calendar.
