Job summary

Qualifications

• Knowledge of customer service techniques in person and online.
• Ability to communicate clearly with students, faculty, and staff.
• Experience operating a PC and standard software applications.

Responsibilities

• Administer comprehensive testing and support core testing functions
• Provide support to Student Affairs and other departments as needed
• Assist with registration activities and scheduling
• Deliver excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment
• Maintain testing center operations, including equipment and mailroom duties
• Obtain necessary credentials to administer tests to students
