Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent.
• Two years of full-time administrative support in a customer-facing role.
• Experience with Microsoft Office Suite or Google Workspace.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily testing center operations and readiness.
• Hire, train, schedule and supervise graduate student proctors.
• Manage scheduling, check-in/out, and document exam sessions.
• Maintain testing center policies and privacy standards.
• Coordinate with faculty, staff, and students for exams and services.
• Monitor compliance, incidents, and inventory; liaise with IT/support.
