Job summary

Viewpoint School is seeking a Testing Center Coordinator to manage daily operations in the Middle and High School Testing Center. The role is a non-exempt, hourly position that runs Monday through Friday from 7:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.

Qualifications

• Experience with middle and high school students
• Ability to work onsite Monday through Friday, 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM.
• Strong collaboration with learning specialists and understanding of accommodations.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
• Proficiency with online testing platforms and basic educational technology troubleshooting.
• Ability to stay calm and adaptable in a dynamic school setting.
• Uphold integrity, discretion, and confidentiality of student records and test security.

Responsibilities

• Provide a Safe, Secure, and Supportive Environment for testing.
• Coordinate testing schedules and remind students of appointments.
• Administer both digital and paper-based tests and troubleshoot platforms.
• Collaborate with the Learning Specialist to implement testing accommodations.
• Maintain detailed records of assessments, attendance, and testing logs; address irregularities.
• Uphold testing protocols and ensure compliance with school policies.
