Job summary

The University of Mississippi is seeking a capable leader to manage the Student Disability Services Testing Center. This role plans and coordinates day-to-day fiscal, administrative, and operational activities of the program, working with faculty, staff, and students to ensure effective testing services.

Responsibilities include supervising proctors and graduate assistants, resolving testing issues, and ensuring consistent implementation of accommodations and testing security standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 3+ years of relevant experience required.
• Experience with accommodated testing preferred.

Responsibilities

• Over see all aspects of the Student Disability Services Testing Center.
• Lead daily Testing Center operations and coordinate the work of Program Coordinators, graduate assistants, proctors, and student employees to maintain consistent and efficient service delivery.
• Assist with coordinating the daily operations of the Student Disability Services Testing Center.
• Facilitate a resolution to potential conflicts or issues that arise during test administration.
• De-escalate mental health concerns that arise during testing and provide immediate care resources if needed.
• Serve as the primary operational resource for faculty regarding complex accommodated testing questions, testing security concerns, and procedural issues.
