Provides front-line support to current, new, and returning students by assisting with testing information, answering questions about college programs and services, and making appropriate referrals as needed. Serves as a key point of contact by responding to phone calls and emails from students, staff, and community members in a professional and timely manner. Supports full-time staff with test proctoring, assists with departmental meetings, events, and activities, and contributes to the overall efficiency and success of the department. Performs additional duties and responsibilities as assigned.
