Responsibilities

• Greet, assist, and verify students and faculty using Testing Services; provide information on testing procedures.
• Facilitate testing check-in and sign-in processes; maintain accurate testing records.
• Proctor examinations in accordance with Testing Services policies; monitor testing environments for integrity.
• Provide testing directions and support to students and faculty; ensure a positive testing experience.
• Assist with maintaining testing standards, policies, and procedures to ensure compliance and quality service.
