Newark is seeking a technically strong, customer-facing Business Development Manager to expand our Test & Measurement business. This role requires engaging engineers and technical buyers, uncovering challenges, and recommending solutions to turn conversations into qualified pipeline and revenue.

Collaborate with Newark sales teams, manage leads, and align supplier partners to growth initiatives, campaigns, and new product introductions. 5+ years of related experience is typical.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years of related experience.
• Experience in electronic test and measurement applications.
• Ability to translate applications into practical test solutions.
• Strong communication with engineers and technical buyers.

Responsabilités

• Identify new customer opportunities across design, validation, testing and production environments.
• Engage engineers and technical buyers to understand applications and measurement needs.
• Collaborate with Newark sales teams to target accounts and advance opportunities from need to closure.
• Maintain disciplined follow-up of leads and develop a qualified pipeline.
• Work with supplier partners on growth initiatives and product introductions.
