Job summary

Celestica in Fort Worth, TX seeks a Lead Engineer, Test Manufacturing to define, install and optimize automatic test equipment and test programs for product testing and verification. You will lead test-process improvements across a broad set of equipment, drive productivity, and collaborate with Quality, Process and Equipment engineers to resolve yield and performance issues.

Responsibilities include developing roadmaps for test coverage, analyzing yield data and logs, and supporting integration

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in engineering or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in test manufacturing or related field.
• Experience with test equipment optimization and yield improvement.

Responsibilities

• Define, install, and optimize test processes and equipment.
• Lead test process optimization to improve cycle time and yield.
• Debug test processes using DOE and failure analysis.
• Collaborate with Quality, Process, and Equipment engineers.
• Develop roadmaps for test coverage and OEE.
• Analyze yield reports and equipment logs to identify yield loss.
• Support MES integration for test data and product parameters.
