Job summary

Celestica is seeking a Lead Engineer, Test Manufacturing in Fort Worth, TX. The role focuses on accepting, transferring, installing, improving and maintaining automatic test equipment and test programs used for product testing and design verification.

You will lead test process optimization to improve productivity, cycle time and yield, and collaborate with Quality, Process and Equipment engineers to resolve yield and performance issues.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years test engineering experience.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Educational requirements may vary by geography.

Responsibilities

• Define, install, support and optimize test process and equipment solutions for manufacturing.
• Lead test process optimization to improve cycle time and yield.
• Debug test processes using DOE, tools and failure analysis.
• Collaborate with Quality, Process and Equipment engineers to solve yield issues.
• Develop roadmaps for test coverage, diagnosability, reparability, test time reductions and OEE.
• Analyze yield data and equipment logs to identify sources of yield loss.
• Support development of test equipment integration into Manufacturing Execution Systems including yield, tester log and product parametric information.
