Job summary

Celestica in Richardson, TX, seeks a Senior Lead Engineer, Test Development to design and implement automatic test equipment and test programs for product testing and design verification in manufacturing. You will lead cross-functional teams and drive project delivery with a focus on structural and functional test domains.

You will develop test strategies, specifications, and collaborations with design and manufacturing teams to ensure robust, high-quality products and optimized yield.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in engineering or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 4–6 years of related experience in test engineering/manufacturing.
• Experience leading projects and teams.
• Knowledge of test development processes and DOE is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development and implementation of technical solutions in multiple domains.
• Provide technical leadership to a team of engineers.
• Review customer requirements/specifications and provide feedback.
• Lead deployment of strategic programs across sites.
• Create test strategy and test plan for project goals.
• Develop technical proposals with costed BOMs and schedules.
