Job summary

Cadmus seeks a Test Engineer to ensure quality and reliability of complex systems, bridging business requirements and technical solutions. You will support enterprise applications across the full testing lifecycle, from planning through production support, with strong attention to detail in fast-paced environments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Information Systems, or related field.
• 2–4 years of data or system testing in enterprise environments.
• Experience querying and validating large data sets; SQL knowledge preferred.
• Exposure to Snowflake or similar cloud data tools.
• Agile experience; SAFe or scaled Agile frameworks preferred.
• Exposure to scripting or data analysis tools (R, Python) a plus.
• Ability to obtain a FNS MBI Clearance is required.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute data testing strategies aligned to complex workflows, business rules, and system integrations.
• Develop and maintain test plans, cases, and supporting documentation from requirements analysis.
• Perform end-to-end testing and manage defects with test logging and results tracking.
• Collaborate with business analysts, developers, and stakeholders to validate requirements and support releases.
• Validate data and integration outputs, including API testing across environments.
• Triage, reproduce, and resolve defects with client SMEs and provide production support as needed.
