Job summary

Cadmus is seeking a Test Engineer to join our federal-facing programs in the United States. You will bridge business requirements and technical solutions, define data testing strategies for complex workflows, and collaborate with analysts, developers, and stakeholders to ensure quality across releases.

You'll perform end-to-end testing, validate data and API outputs, and support production issues as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field (Engineering, Information Systems, or similar).
• 2-4 years of experience in data or system testing within complex, enterprise environments.
• Experience querying and validating large, complex data sets; SQL knowledge preferred.
• Exposure to Snowflake or similar cloud data tools preferred.
• Agile experience; SAFe or scaled Agile frameworks preferred.
• Scripting or data analysis tools (e.g., Python, R) a plus.
• Ability to obtain a U.S. clearance (FNS MBI) required.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute data testing strategies aligned to complex workflows and system integrations.
• Develop and maintain test plans, cases, and supporting documentation.
• Perform end-to-end testing and manage defects, including logging and validation.
• Collaborate with business analysts, developers, and stakeholders to validate requirements and support releases.
• Validate data and integration outputs, including API testing across environments.
• Triage, reproduce, and resolve defects with client SMEs, including production support as needed.
