Job summary

Cadmus is seeking a Test Engineer to ensure quality and reliability of enterprise systems, bridging business requirements with technical solutions. You will define data testing strategies, create test plans, and collaborate across analysts, developers, and stakeholders to validate requirements and support releases.

The role involves end-to-end testing, data validation, API testing, and production support as needed, with a focus on fast-paced, iterative environments and strong attention to detail.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as Engineering or Information Systems.
• 2-4 years of data or system testing experience in enterprise environments.
• Experience querying and validating large data sets; SQL knowledge preferred.
• Exposure to data platforms like Snowflake.
• Agile experience; SAFe or similar frameworks preferred.
• Exposure to scripting or data analysis tools like R or Python is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute data testing strategies aligned to complex workflows, business rules, and system integrations
• Develop and maintain test plans, cases, and supporting documentation based on detailed requirements analysis
• Perform end-to-end testing and manage defects, including test logging, validation, and results tracking
• Collaborate with business analysts, developers, and stakeholders to validate requirements, refine testing, and support releases
• Validate data and integration outputs, including API testing across environments
• Partner with client SMEs to triage, reproduce, and resolve defects, including production support as needed
