Job summary

Reed in Partnership is seeking a Test Centre Associate for the Boston centre to invigilate exams and deliver tests with strict adherence to guidelines. You will check IDs, manage the system bookings, and ensure test integrity while supporting candidates and staff.

The role offers flexible, part-time or occasional shifts, with potential to gain additional hours and cover across Grantham and Lincoln when needed.

Qualifications

• Significant demonstrable experience in providing high-quality customer service.
• Ability to check candidate IDs accurately and book them in the system.
• Attention to detail and the ability to maintain test integrity under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Provide a high level of customer service to candidates.
• Check candidates' ID documents and book them in on the system.
• Ensure the integrity and security of tests are maintained.
• Supervise and invigilate tests throughout the session.
• Explain the test process and support with queries from candidates.
• Review tests and the test centre schedule.
• Perform daily opening and closing procedures.
• Ensure accessibility for all candidates in line with Equality Act and inclusion policy.
• Report incidents that could impact candidate testing.
