Prometric is seeking a Test Center Administrator in Harrisburg, PA to serve as the face of our test centers and uphold exam integrity. You will verify candidate IDs, monitor exams, and enforce strict testing policies in a fast-paced environment.

The role supports a variety of shifts with open scheduling and requires strong customer service, teamwork, and communication skills. Full-time opportunities with comprehensive training are offered.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• College experience a plus.
• Must be 18 years of age to qualify.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and apply expert knowledge of test center policies and procedures.
• Greet examinees and verify identification.
• Perform required security checks including the use of wands.
• Continuously monitor candidates as they complete exams.
• Report and resolve candidate issues with urgency.
• Maintain secure environment and materials in the test center at all times.
• Ensure every candidate receives a fair and comfortable testing experience.
• Represent Prometric's vision, mission and values.
