Prometric is seeking a Test Center Administrator in Smyrna, GA to greet examinees, verify IDs, and help manage the test center floor. You will monitor exams, apply security procedures, and deliver a professional candidate experience daily.

The role requires strong communication, reliability, and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment. Full-time hours are available with flexible scheduling across mornings, days, and evenings.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• College experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Maintain knowledge of test center policies and procedures.
• Greet examinees and verify identification.
• Perform security checks including use of wands.
• Monitor candidates during exams and ensure integrity.
• Provide prompt issue resolution and maintain a secure testing environment.
• Escort candidates as needed and support smooth test operations.
