Prometric seeks a diligent Test Center Administrator to act as the face of our centers, verify candidate identities, and enforce exam security policies. You will support a fast-paced testing environment, interact with examinees, and help ensure a smooth testing experience.

Successful candidates will have strong communication skills, a customer-service mindset, and the ability to work a variety of shifts including weekends. Training is provided, and benefits are included for full-time staff.

Qualifications

• Strong verbal and written communication with candidates and coworkers.
• Ability to write detailed and accurate reports and correspondence.
• Ability to multi-task and handle equipment for shipping or installation.
• Familiar with Windows-based software programs including MS Office and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Maintain knowledge of test center policies and procedures.
• Greet examinees and verify IDs.
• Conduct security checks including wand scans.
• Monitor candidates during exams and ensure exam integrity.
