Qualifications

• Minimum one year of customer service experience (in person)
• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Strong communication and reporting skills required
• Ability to follow strict policies and maintain exam integrity

Responsibilities

• Maintain expert knowledge of test center policies and procedures
• Greet examinees and verify identification
• Perform security checks including wand use
• Continuously monitor candidates during exams
• Report and resolve candidate issues with urgency
• Maintain secure environment and materials in the test center
• Ensure a fair and comfortable testing experience
• Represent Prometric's values
• Digitally scan and record candidate fingerprints if applicable
