Prometric is seeking a Test Center Administrator in Sycamore, IL to greet examinees, verify IDs, and monitor exams in a fast-paced environment. This role requires adherence to strict testing policies and maintaining a secure center at all times.

The ideal candidate will have strong customer service skills, be able to multi-task, and be proficient with Windows-based software. Evening and weekend availability may be required depending on shifts.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• College experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Maintain knowledge of test center policies and procedures.
• Greet examinees and verify identification.
• Perform required security checks including the use of wands.
• Continuously monitor candidates as they complete exams.
• Maintain secure environment and materials in the test center at all times.
• Ensure every candidate receives a fair and comfortable testing experience.
• Report occurrences outside company guidelines.
• Be flexible with scheduling based on Prometric days of operations.
