Stride, Inc. is seeking a Testing Coordinator for NC Virtual Academy to oversee state-mandated testing programs, ensure compliance, and coordinate test administration.

Based in North Carolina, this role requires residency, a teaching certificate, and strong organizational skills. You will partner with district staff to secure facilities, train Site Coordinators, manage materials, and monitor testing integrity throughout the year.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Two years of experience in test administration or protocols.
• Ability to clear required background check.
• Must reside in North Carolina.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Experience with state testing procedures preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manages all state mandated assessment programs, including Scantron and AP Exams.
• Researches and secures facilities for in-person testing across the state.
• Trains staff in testing procedures and ensures knowledge transfer.
• Tracks enrollment and orders testing materials; ensures accuracy.
• Creates test security and administration plans and monitors testing compliance.
• Trains Site Coordinators and maintains communications.
• Develops staffing plans and onboards staff for testing.
• Develops communications to parents and staff regarding state testing.
• Maintains Testing Database and tracking tools; tracks accommodations.
• Oversees shipping of testing materials; inventories supplies.
• Collaborates with Special Education Manager on testing needs.
• Ability to travel 20% of the time.
