Prometric in Raleigh, NC is hiring a Test Center Administrator to serve as the face of Prometric in our test centers. You will verify candidate identification, monitor exams, and uphold stringent policies ensuring exam integrity. Flexibility with shifts across mornings and evenings is required.

This role offers training, a team environment, and opportunities to contribute to a secure testing experience while supporting a diverse exam schedule.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum of one year of customer service experience.
• Must be 18 years of age to qualify.
• Ability to communicate professionally and effectively with candidates and coworkers.

Responsibilities

• Greet examinees and verify identification.
• Maintain and apply expert knowledge of test center policies, practices and procedures.
• Perform required security checks including the use of wands.
• Continuously monitor candidates as they complete exams.
• Report and resolve candidate issues with urgency.
• Maintain secure environment and materials in the test center at all times.
• Ensure every candidate receives a fair and comfortable testing experience.
• Represent Prometric's vision, mission and values.
