Prometric is seeking a Test Center Administrator in Greensboro, NC. You will be the face of Prometric at our test center, greet examinees, verify IDs, monitor exams, and enforce security policies to ensure exam integrity. This role requires excellent communication, reliability, and the ability to work varied shifts.

Training is provided and opportunities to advance within Prometric are available. You will collaborate with the Test Center Manager and staff to maintain smooth operations and uphold

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• College experience a plus.
• Minimum of one year of in-person customer service experience.
• Must be 18 years of age to qualify.

Responsibilities

• Maintain expert knowledge of test center policies and procedures.
• Greet examinees and verify identification.
• Perform required security checks including wand scans.
• Continuously monitor candidates during exams.
• Report and resolve candidate issues with urgency.
• Maintain a secure test center environment and materials.
• Ensure a fair and comfortable testing experience.
• Flexible scheduling according to Prometric days of operations.
