Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
• Experience in testing and/or college/university examination administration preferred.
• Strong customer service orientation with excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Administers the test proctoring program and assists with scheduling, preparing, and administering tests.
• Provides excellent customer service to students, faculty, staff, and customers.
• Responds to emails and answers phones; performs clerical duties.
• Maintains training and certifications as a test proctor; handles record keeping.
• Supports ADA accommodations and tracks test data.
• Coordinates test registrations and processes payments; arranges make-up tests.
• Participates in benchmarking, marketing initiatives, and improvements to the testing experience.
