Bellevue University is seeking a Test Proctor to administer the online proctoring program, assist with scheduling, and provide high-quality customer service to students, faculty, and staff.
The role involves clerical tasks, preparing exams, and contributing to special projects like benchmarking and marketing initiatives. This position supports ADA accommodations and preserves confidentiality under FERPA.
Responsible for administering the test proctoring program. Assists with scheduling, preparing, and administering tests; provides excellent customer service to students, faculty, staff, and customers. Performs clerical functions, including answering phones and responding to emails. Completes special projects assigned to include benchmarking with other institutions, marketing initiatives, and researching credit awarding test opportunities.
