Job summary

Seattle Rep is seeking a Database Technician to support Tessitura operations within a hybrid work environment. The role focuses on building and maintaining Tessitura performance events, supporting data entry hygiene, and training staff to use Tessitura effectively.

The position requires at least two years in Tessitura or similar CRM, strong Excel/Office skills, and the ability to communicate clearly and manage time well.

Qualifications

• Two years of experience with Tessitura or other comparable CRM systems.
• Proficiency with Windows-based computer software and Microsoft Office.
• Advanced written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and collaboratively.

Responsibilities

• Build, proof, update, and maintain Tessitura performance events in collaboration with Database Administrator and Marketing staff.
• Assist staff with Tessitura tasks including segmentation for outbound communications, reports, and revenue processing systems.
• Aid in complex Tessitura use cases such as advanced lists/extractions and dashboards.
