Job summary

Milwaukee Repertory Theater seeks an experienced Tessitura Administrator to be the organization’s primary Tessitura expert. Reporting to the Chief Marketing Officer, you will lead system administration, builds, ticketing configuration, digital commerce and reporting to support data integrity and revenue strategies.

You will work across departments and with external partners to ensure Tessitura is used effectively, with strong emphasis on customer experience and continuous process improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Advanced Tessitura experience including event builds, pricing, inventory, reporting and admin.
• Experience managing complex ticketing operations across venues, events and pricing.
• Experience with digital commerce platforms, website integrations, and online sales optimization.
• Strong understanding of revenue management, dynamic pricing and audience development.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and project-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead Tessitura system administration and governance, including builds, pricing, inventory and ticketing workflows.
• Maintain data integrity, security, and documentation; train internal users.
• Manage Tessitura upgrades, testing, and adoption of new functionality.
• Diagnose issues and coordinate solutions with stakeholders and vendors.
• Oversee ticketing integrations, digital delivery and patron communications.
• Develop procedures, training materials, and standards for consistent use.
• Lead online ticketing and e-commerce platforms and optimize self-service experiences.
• Provide project-based support to Development for data practices and reporting.
