Qualifications

• Experience with CRM software and databases (Tessitura preferred).
• Experience with nonprofit fundraising is preferred.
• Experience with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Oversee donor processing and Tessitura data management to ensure accuracy.
• Identify process improvements to support Development operations.
• Set up and maintain campaigns, funds, and events in Tessitura.
• Prepare weekly donor lists and analyses for frontline fundraisers.
• Train staff on Development operations and Tessitura usage.
• Uphold data privacy and maintain confidential donor information.
• Support organization-wide communications and cross-department collaboration.
