Job summary

DSI is seeking a Territory Sales Manager to lead sales across an assigned retail territory in Ankeny, IA. You will onboard and coach RSAs, drive weekly store execution, and personally sell each week to stay sharp and lead by example.

You’ll travel across the Ankeny area, analyze KPIs, hire where needed, and help build a high-performance culture with uncapped commissions and a strong earning potential.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in wireless/consumer electronics or multi-unit retail sales leadership.
• Proven record of hitting sales goals while developing people.
• Comfortable analyzing performance metrics and making fast, practical decisions.
• Strong interviewer and coach; clear written and verbal communication.
• Willing and able to travel across the Ankeny, Iowa area and work weekends.

Responsibilities

• Onboard and train RSAs; deliver in-store training and ongoing upskill sessions.
• Visit assigned stores weekly; inspect merchandising, demos, and attach.
• Monitor sales KPIs and staffing compliance; act quickly on gaps.
• Conduct final interviews and make hiring recommendations.
• Approve payroll accurately and on time; promote a positive team culture.
• Provide weekly coaching to RSAs with clear action plans.
• Personally achieve sales each week to model best practices.
• Fill staffing gaps by covering shifts when needed.
