Job summary

Breakthru Beverage Group is seeking driven Sales Representatives to grow our presence in outstate Wisconsin, covering Vernon, Juneau, and Crawford Counties. You will prospect, win new accounts, and sell our full wine and spirits portfolio both on- and off-premise while building lasting customer relationships.

Ideal candidates will have a minimum of 2 years in sales, solid communication skills, and the drive to own a territory. A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent training/experience.
• Minimum 2 years’ sales experience.
• Proficient in MS Office and presentation software.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to multi-task, work independently and in a team, meet deadlines.
• Analytical and reporting abilities.
• Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Calls on accounts and covers daily routes with an established routing pattern.
• Analyzes accounts to identify opportunities and maintains surveys for compliance.
• Delivers professional sales presentations balancing company priorities and customer needs.
• Maintains product levels by restocking shelves where allowed by law.
• Educates staff on priority brands through training seminars.
• Manages receivables by processing credits/returns and communicating aging balances.
