Job summary

Breakthru Beverage Wisconsin Metro Milwaukee, LLC is seeking driven Sales Representatives to grow our presence across outstate Wisconsin. Your focus is identifying, prospecting and winning new accounts in Vernon / Juneau / Crawford Counties, selling our wine and spirits portfolio across on- and off-premise accounts.

You will build relationships, drive sales growth, and operate in a fast-paced territory with diverse routes and promotions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent training/experience.
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in Sales.
• Basic PC skills including MS Office and presentation software.
• Must be 21+ years old with a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Calls on accounts and covers daily routes with an established routing pattern.
• Analyzes account base and identifies opportunities; completes surveys and ensures compliance.
• Delivers professional sales presentations, including new products and promotions.
• Maintains product levels by restocking shelves where allowed.
• Educates account staff via trainings on priority brands.
• Manages receivables by processing credits and returns.
• Delivers products and handles issues, referring to management when needed.
• Conducts safe, responsible interactions with the public while handling beverage alcohol.
• Other duties as assigned by supervisor.
