Job summary

Breakthru Beverage Group in Wisconsin is seeking driven Sales Representatives to grow our wine and spirits portfolio across Brown and Oconto Counties. You will prospect and win new accounts, build lasting relationships, and present products to retailers for on- and off-premise channels.

With at least 2 years in sales, you will thrive as a hunter, manage routes, and deliver compelling programs while upholding excellent customer service. Valid driver’s license required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent training/experience.
• Minimum 2 years in Sales.
• MS Office and presentation software proficiency.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to multi-task, meet deadlines, and work in fast-paced environment.
• Analytical and reporting aptitude.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Calls on accounts and plans daily routes.
• Analyzes account base to identify opportunities and maintains account surveys.
• Delivers professional sales presentations to customers and managers.
• Maintains product levels and educates staff on priority brands.
• Manages AR and communications with accounts on receivables.
• Drives growth by achieving distribution, volume and activity goals.
