Breakthru Beverage Wisconsin Metro Milwaukee, LLC in Wisconsin is seeking a driven Sales Representative to grow new business across outstate Wisconsin, focusing on opening new accounts and building relationships across Brown and Oconto Counties while selling our wine and spirits portfolio.

If you’re a hunter who thrives on territory development, you will cover on- and off-premise accounts, travel across your route, manage inventories, and present promotions to drive sales and brand visibility.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent training and work experience.
• Minimum of 2 years sales experience.
• Basic PC skills with MS Office and presentation software.
• Results-oriented with strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to multi-task and work independently or in a team.
• Analytical and reporting skills.
• Sound judgement and problem-solving ability.
• Able to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Must be at least 21 years old and hold a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Calls on accounts and covers daily routes with an established routing pattern.
• Delivers professional sales presentations balancing company priorities and customer needs.
• Maintains product levels and restocks shelves where permitted.
• Educates account staff on priority brands through training seminars.
• Manages receivables with timely processing of credits and returns.
• Supports account openings by developing opening orders with the Field Sales Manager.
• Conduct safe and responsible interactions with the public.
