Job summary

Rollins, Inc. hires a field sales professional for Critter Control Operations. You will respond to and prospect new leads, present tailored wildlife removal proposals, and close deals across a broad territory.

You’ll leverage company-provided leads while building your own pipeline, travel up to 10% with occasional trips to Atlanta, and collaborate with homeowners, property managers, contractors and partners to deliver safe, effective wildlife solutions.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; college degree is a plus.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel up to 10% plus to Atlanta within 30 days.
• Experience in outside sales, preferably in pest control or related fields.
• Ability to work in the field independently and manage your schedule.
• Proficiency with several software/applications.

Responsibilities

• Act as a consultative problem solver—diagnosing wildlife and pest issues and confidently recommend the right solution.
• Capitalize on company-provided leads while building your own pipeline to exceed sales targets.
• Grow new business in your territory by networking, referrals, and strategic partnerships.
• Build relationships with homeowners, property managers, realtors, contractors and sister brands to drive sales.
• Partner with operations and field teams to ensure a safe and smooth customer experience.
